We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

Hi,

Is it possible to have one Microsoft account (so I have access the store) and have multiple user accounts that have access to the account so they can use the store apps I have bought? E.g for kids being able to use apps purchased on my account, but at same time not need to know my password or access my email.

Regards

I think if you create a local account and then install the apps from the store the Store app will ask for a Microsoft account to install and I think you can still run the app from the local account at that point. I've tried this and it seems to work for the apps I've installed.
