I am stepping a little out of my normal "comfort zone" to post this, and it appears that it fits this forum the best. If not, feel free to flame away, lock the thread, or move it. Or some combination of the above.

Currently, I run VM-Ware at home, mostly for isolation purposes. (I like to keep my dev environment seperate, I have an install for testing different softwares, etc.)

I have read in several places that Win 8 will include Hyper-V, and I am intrigued. However, I can't find any information on any potential changes to the Hyper-V itself. The couple of times I have used it, I've had problems with the USB passthrough, plus the fact that it seems a little silly to me to run the VM, and then have to RDP into it simply to have sound...

Has anyone here played with it enough to have any comments / opinions?
