Windows 7 Upgrade with existing RAID question

I have a PC currently running Windows XP which I use as a storage box and media player. The OS is on a single drive, but I have three RAID 1 arrays mirroring all my data. I am upgrading the box to Windows 7 via a clean install. I want to ensure I do not lose data on my raid drives. From the little I could find on this, it would seem I have nothing to worry about. Any experts care to provide some guidance?

Once it is using the same controller, you can import the raid set from other OS via Computer Management.
