Windows 7 SSD to SSD Clone

Is it possible to clone my Windows 7 SSD drive on my media server to a larger SSD? Are there any drawbacks? What is the best software to accomplish this task?

I just really don't want to have to redo my Windows/Plex install.

It is absolutely possible, depending on the brand of ssd if one of them is intel makes it really easy with ssd migration tool. Otherwise I would just use clonezilla and do a drive clone so long as the target drive is larger than the source you will be fine.
