Windows 7 Sleep Problem on P8Z68

I'm having a sleep problem...and it's not sounding like this thread here, which is why I started a new one. http://hardforum.com/showthread.php?p=1037391235&highlight=sleep#post1037391235

Symptom:
-When Windows turns the monitors off via a full system sleep OR if I manually turn the monitor off, sometimes when it turns back on only a part of the page will be redrawn.
-After a few seconds or if I click on something that affects the whole page, it will then redraw fully.
-Not happening all the time.
-Other than the refresh problem, everything else seems to work, mouse, keyboard, etc., unlike the other Sleep issue people were having.
-It's happening on both of my monitors in dual monitor mode
-It's happening across multiple video cards, including GTX460,7600GS, and I believe the iGPU as well (but definitely the two dedicated)
