Windows 7 Modems ?

Hi all

I have moved my system to a new Windows 7 Pro 64bit and my 6 years old trusty hardware modem (apache-micro) was retired due to no updated drivers (they were discontinued ).

My basic requirements are as follows:
- Windows 7 64bit support.
- Caller ID
- Voice + TAM (answering machine capable)
- Fax
- preferably a hardware modem.

Also - it must have two (2) phone jacks as my phone line goes from the wall socket throught the modem (be it internal or external) to the phone itself.

Anybody knows of such a modem - My search was unsuccessfull so far.

The only possible one that seem to fit - Zoom 3025C - is no more imported by the reseller being an "end of life" piece of hardware - meanninf it's is an old modem (even though the drivers were issued.
