Windows 7 Missing Driver

I just installed Windows 7 Pro RTM and under the device manager I am missing a driver. It lists it as:

Uknown on Intel(R) ICH9R LPC Interface Controller - 2916

I wanna say this is some sort of motherboard driver, my mobo is a Asus P5E. Asus doesn't list any Win 7 Drivers for this mobo, suggestions? Anyone know what this does?
 
It's an Intel Southbridge device. Just grab the Vista Intel chipset drivers and run it in Vista SP1 compatibility mode to install it.
 
I downloaded the drivers for Vista 64 bit and installed them. Still shows up as unknown. Will this effect performance? Any other ideas?
