windows 7 from tiger direct

What makes windows 7 premium full only $109 at tiger direct. There's no picture of the actual box like everywhere else.
 
That's about right for an OEM license (NewEgg has it for $104 for example).

Bear in mind that the OEM license limits (in theory) installation to the original machine upon which the OS is activated (i.e. you're not supposed to later re-install it on a physically different machine, even if you remove it from the first machine). Where as a non-OEM license permits transfer between machines.
 
well anything is better than dropping all the cash on a full retail version. It just seemed too cheap to actually work.
