Windows 7 File Sorting?

Is there a way to get the old XP like view (Every letter had a place holder instead of grouped like Vista & 7) Without disabling the Aero theme? I liked the old XP way of sorting files better I can live with the new way but I would prefer the old way I hoewver love windows 7 the new libraries and home group feature I love

...what? You mean every drive letter?

Open explorer. Check Organize, and uncheck navigation pane. Then on the right, under the 2 pictures (change your view) select Tiles. You can not however manually sort file anymore except on the desktop. Everywhere else uses auto-arrange with the ability to choose how to sort them.
