Windows 7 Enterprise

Having some issues here, if anybody can lend a hand.

Windows 7 Enterprise, Activated with a legitimate MAK key.
Trying to join a domain, but the network ID settings are greyed out.

Tried re-activating, reinstalling. Any help would be great!

Is the "Change" button also greyed out? If not, use that to join the domain.

double check make sure it is Enterprise and not Home.
Log in as an administrator account for the PC
Make sure the NIC is working properly and connected to the network.
Make sure Client for Microsoft networks is installed and enabled.
