I've been toying with the idea of using Windows 7 Embedded OS with my 60GB SSD to keep the OS size down. Win7 x64 is taking up almost 28GB and I can't seem to slim that down at all. I really only used the system for internet and World of Warcraft. Has anyone looked into doing this?
