Windows 7 activating problem.

I am trying to install an OEM version of 7 home premium on a Toshiba laptop previously running Vista. I updated the BIOS so it has SLIC 2.1 tables. Once installed i go to the command prompt and enter the following:
slmgr.vbs -ilc toshiba.xrm.ms

I copied the xrm-ms file from a flash drive to the desktop but i get the following error went i type that command in:

"On a computer running Microsoft Windows non-core edition, run 'slui.exe 0x2a 0xbba' to display the error text."

(X) An Error has occurred

Description:
The spool file was not found

Any Idea and what could be the problem?

I still think you need to put the Toshiba product key in before you install the cert. Not the one that is on your laptop, but the one that toshiba uses for their Win7 machines.

Ensure the cert file is in the same dir that you are running your command from
