Anyone out there with Win7 64bit and a Razer mouse having problems with it not scrolling or sometimes scrolling?

I've searched all over google, found a few other users having the problem, but no resolution.
Everything is updated.. firmware and drivers (that in itself took forever).

The scroll button works fine, but not the scroll wheel. Is it possible to be a hardware issue?
:confused::confused::confused:

Probably is a hard ware issue, try another mouse at least (borrow one from someone). My Razer Deathadder's scroll wheel functioned fine in win 7 x64.

You running an SSD? I've noticed a lag in scrolling as well, but usually it's because the app is thinking about scrolling, so it's software for me, not hardware.

I have these symptoms if another user account is logged in. If I log it out, it works again.
I did not have this problem until I installed the Razer drivers/utility...it did not happen with the native HID drivers.

Running Win 7 x64 with a Mamba and no problems. Using Razer's utility, too.
