windows 64 installation problems, plz give quick help

Ok, when I have windows 64 copying over the setup files (this is all in the blue screen), it comes back with a message at the end saying it can't copy over the file asms01.cab I can keep hitting redo, but it won't go, finally i have to say skip it, this is all right at the end. Computer restarts, and launches setup off of the hard drive, it immediately says, setup has encountered an error and needs to quit, win32lasterror 14001.

Now what do I do?
 
where did you download your winxp 64 bit?
bittorrent maybe? you could have a corrupted *.ISO
 
Before this goes any farther....your not installing it on the system in your sig, are you?
 
No i'm not installing it on the computer in my sig, it wouldn't work. I'm installing it on a 64 bit machine i just put together. AMD 64 3000+ and a MSI K8N Neo Platinum motherboard. I got windows to go on, it was a corrupt ISO, had to redownload it. But now i've ran into a new snag, after i install a game, it says it cannot find the cd everytime i try to run it, i'm blaming it on cdrom drivers, where could i find 64bit cdrom driver's for an lg cdrom?
