windows 2000 server family...

okay, so i've setup this computer on a network with 2 other computers and whenever someone goes to access it they are prompted by a user name and password...

Obviously my administrator user/pass works, but I don't want to give them that information.. where can I setup a new user? I've checked the control panel and admin controls but can't seem to find it?

right click my computer, go to manage, then it is in one of the options...
