Recently I have been getting Physical Dumps using Windows 2000, i believe that's the way 2000 crashes, is that correct?, i would just like to know what they are caused from S/W or H/W issues? both.

Physical Dump looks something like this:

Stop: Dx00000A (some memory addresses)
IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL
Address 8044b07d base at 80900000
Date Stamp 3eebc002_ ntoskrnl.exe
Dumpting physical memory to disk

What is ntoskrnl.exe? (Has something to do with the kernal, so i take it there's a hardware issue)

Thanks
