Other than what I will assume was an attempt at being click bait or a troll, why are we not going to like the version number?

People would not like if the next version was officially named “Fuck you windows 7 users”. But the article just mentions how similar to the last few updates it is a version number that went 1803, 1903 and how similar to how they skipped windows 9 because of bad programming looking for 9 for windows 95 they are skipping 2003 and using 2004 instead to avoid software thinking it is windows server 2003. So they changed the version number by 1001 instead of 1000. For version numbers it went 1511, 1607, 1703, 1709, 1803, 1809, 1903, 1909. Was there an uprising that they went 1511 to 1607 or 1607 to 1703?
