How to adjust it to sync?

The button "Set time automatically" is grayed out. Also no "Internet time" tab.

It's greyed out but is it set to ON?
Go to "Additional date, time, & regional settings"

Are you on a domain?

Yes, it's set to "on".

Yes, I'm on a network.

I went to the "Additional date, time, & regional settings" and the "Internet Time" tab is not there.

If you're on a domain and that's disabled then your domain should be synching the time. That's how ours works and that's disabled via GP.

Sorry, what's GP?

It's been happening since I've changed the time manually last week with only a few minutes slow, but now it's losing like 30 minutes half of a day.

Open up the Task Scheduler and scroll down to Time Synchronization. You can edit the SynchronizeTime task to add a new trigger. I added one that runs the task every time anyone logs on and repeats the task every hour. But you may need to check with your network administrator if you have the rights to do this.

Try messing with this tool. Its advertised as being able to help repair windows time but its also a great lightweight sync tool by itself.
