Windows 10 Stop Mining When Display is Off

Ok I recently setup a mining rig running 2x 1070s on an older Q6600 PC. I have the PC sitting in my basement so it stays cool and I use it through Remote Desktop. I am using Awesome Miner connected to MPH. The PC is connected via HDMI to a projector so I can use it directly if needed.

When I am not connected via Remote Desktop, the GPUs turn off and mining stops. If I connect via Remote Desktop and then minimize it, the PC will happily mine forever. I have Power Options set to High Performance and the PCI Link options are Off.

Anytime the PC reboots, it stops mining because the Remote Desktop connection dies. If the Remote Desktop session gets closed, mining stops. This is really frustrating and didn't happen on Windows 8.1, however that PC runs like crap with Windows 8.1 and I never even bothered to activate it.

Any ideas to keep the PC mining?

I dunno why it does that, but sounds like something wants to find an active display.
HDMI dongles exist that will fake the presence of a live display. Might try that.

Edited: I was going to say the reverse should occur as Remote Desktop typically disables the GPU's for distributed computing and such... Odd that it needs to be on for yours to work...
