Windows 10 Privacy Statement

It's the tech preview privacy statement, not Windows 10 privacy statement. When Windows 10 is released and if it's privacy policy is the same then we can bitch and worry.
 
No, I read that when I signed up. It's a test program, how are they going to get feedback otherwise? I actually actively like the idea because it means they're actually paying attention to testers.
