Windows 10 Blocking Video and Picture Access

This is strange. When I leave my computer Ethernet cable attached to my Router I can access everything, when I remove the cable from the router and click on any given JPEG or WMV file, I get "File System error (-2143326205)"

Anyone else here have this problem? :confused:
 
Sounds like these files were on OneDrive, and not synched?
