Before I get flamed I DID read through the stickies :)

Who knows where I could send out a side panel to have a custom window put in? The case is somewhat problematic as the case walls are about 2-3mm thick and solid Lian-Li aluminum. I'm thinking that a laser would probably be the way to go.

Due to the thickness of the side panel I think it would look somewhat tacky because of the difference between the plexi and the side panel thickness leaving quite a ledge. So how about some thoughts on making this better? I was considering trying to cast the plexi in place, bevel the side panels (yes I want to do both sides of case with windows), or have the plexi milled down and polished to fit flush.

Ideas appreciated!
 
Err . . . .Wouldn't it be easier to just buy an Lian-Li acrylic side window from frozencpu . . . ?

That would be great, but they don't sell one for the V1200 case :(
 
I just made a complete acrylic side for my V1000, looks pretty neat. Then i can change back and forth and don't have to worry about hacking up that thick aluminium. I made this side myself at work using a laser etching / cutting machine.. just another idea..
