i am going to be buying the CM cavalier 3 case in the next couple of week and i would like to add a window to it. i want it to look clean so how can i add a window that is flush with the side panel but without moulding or rivets etc
 
You'd have to use a router to create a raised area on the plexi where the window is. It'd be very difficult because the difference would be so small. The tolerances would have to be very tight (in the neighborhood of +/- 1/64"). If you just want it to be fairly flush, epoxy the edges of the plexi to the side panel.
