Hello i was going to buy a lian li case but the case i was going to buy has no window on the side. the cost for performance-pcs to do it is $79. Which seems a little high?
are there other places online that offer window cutting?
i just dont have the tools to cut into my case and would rather have someone cut a window out like performance pcs does. Some of their pricing seems decent but some of it is crazy!
let me know thanks

Are you looking for a normal window or some cutom design? If you've got a custom design in mind I know a great place. They did mine for like $50 (not including shipping). That was just cutting. I have to put the acrylic window on myself.

Does the particular Lian-Li have a variant that includes a window? Lian-Li also sells various side panels with windows for some of their cases.

Since you're on the [H]ard Forums, If these don't work out for you, I suggest that you buy a corded dremel and experiment on cutting different metals. There are articles online that teach you how to cut aluminum windows. That's how I learned, through trial and error. Don't cut the window on the Lian-Li case you purchased unless you are absolutely sure you got the hang of it.

I put a metal cutting blade on my table saw and went for it. Still took about an hour and a half
to let the paint dry and whatnot...Luckily I had a black case so it was easy to match the color
because when I cut out the square it scorched the original paint and looked like crap. Send me the side of your case and I'll do it for $30. If you want to see where I work check out www.exhibitd.com I work with plexiglas, aluminum, and steel all day long and can ensure professional looking results. I'll get some pics up pretty soon of what the side of my case looks like.
