Is there a way for Winamp to play stuff in more than just stero? Like force it to play on all the speakers. Hell at least 4 speakers to keep the L/R management.

Your soundcard could take care of upmixing stereo sources, but as for 5.1, you would need a 5.1 source.

Such as Enabling CMSS on Creative cards
 
Im using onboard sound with my Klipsch 5.1 Ultra's. It use to only play on two speakers but I went into the Winamp preferences and enabled Hardware Acceleration now it plays on all the speakers.. :)

where is prefrences?

I got the HDA card and a Pioneer reciever :)
