I'm currently trying to install the updated version of Intel Solid State Drive for my SSD and I'm getting this error:

"An error occurred while attempting to create the directory: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Start Menu"

UAC off, I believe my permissions are set to full access. Any one have any ideas?

The intel software is an .msi file.
 
The TrustedInstaller ownership issue is a rather bothersome one that occurs for everyone on 7 & Server 2008 R2.
