I just installed a fresh copy of win7 and I noticed that when I am not using the default theme windows will do a little flicker when I minimize and maximize. Also opening and closing a window from the task bar causes this as well.
Any ideas? I'm thinking I need to disable some window animations which I'm fine with. I would prefer a simple open and close.
