Win7 Formatting Problem

I was trying to fix some problems with my new machine I put together two days ago and was reinstalling windows. I went to format the SSD and it gives me an error saying "Failed to format the selected partition. [Error: 0x80070057]."

Been trying a lot of different things... and nothing works. Please help.
