Win7 doesn't recognize SSD

I already have one SSD installed with a HDD. I've added a new Samsung 830, which BIOS recognizes, but Win 7 does not. What do I need to do to remedy this?

Administrative Tools
Computer Management
Go down to Disks, select the disk in question, create the partition and format
