Win2k3: Will reseting administrator affect startup services?

If i were to reset the administrator password, would this affect my startup services?

Run services.msc
check 'log on as'
If anything there is running as 'Administrator' instead of Local System or Network Service, there is a good chance it won't start when you change the password. You should get an error about 'A service failed to start' on next reboot.

You can double click on the service and change the user/password it runs as, then reboot it.
