win2k3, once 3rd nic is enabled, 3rd nic cant share internt access???

how would i go about trying to resolve this.
i have
3 nics.
1=internet
2=to a pc
3=to a pc

it is win2k3 using rras, and once i enable the 3rd nic, the pc on the 3rd nic is not given internet access. the pc is given a ip via rras, but u can not browse the internet. u can ping the server, access the server etc.

its just something to do with having the 3 nics enabled, its strage. i can do the above, disable the 2nd nic, and then the internet will work on the 3rd nic. if i enable the 2nic again, the 3rd nic keeps internet access. how can i make it so both nics can give out internet access. i have tryed in network connections, setting the prioity of the nics, but i still cant get it.


id rather not go out and buy a switch. i would like to get this working since everything is already in place.

ok first route is with nic3 enabled, second route is normal just the 2 nics. i guess it is a routing issue, because when the 3rd nic is enabled, if i go to pc#3, i can ping the server just not anything outside. and if im at the server, i can not ping pc#3. so i have no idea how to create some routes, can anyone help???
 
so with the 3rd NIC enabled it adds these routes..

so pretend i just have the 2 nics enabled, everything is working. i enable the 3rd nic, what routes do i add?
 
if the 3rd nic is .12, i guess i would just remove all routes for .12 then add a route from .12 to point to .11, since .11 is working???

add route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 169...11 if 169...12 but i think i am doing this wroung because i dont see how that would work if i manually set on the server the 3rd nics gateway as .11. i am a newbie but i am asuming that both these things are the same, just different ways to do it.
