win xp & win2k network, asking for passwords?

I've got 3 comps hooked up on a small network, two running 2k and one running xp. The comp running xp can't access the shared drives on the other two comps, it asks for a password and I don't want that, I don't have any passwords setup. The other comps can access each other and can access the xp comp without being asked for a password. I know the error is somewhere on the 2k comps, but I don't know where.

What do I have to do to allow all comps to access each other with no passwords required?
 
In a workgroup: create a user account with the same name and password on each of the three machines, use this account when logging into each computer and you won't have this problem, simple as that...
