Trying to share internet between two computers. Both running XP Pro SP2

Setup is as follows:

Internet -> NIC1 (on primary computer)
NIC2 (PCI on primary computer) -> switch
switch -> NIC1 (on secondary computer)

ICS is setup. Registers on client computer as existing.

Gateway comp shows IP on NIC2 as:
192.168.0.1

Client comp shows:
IP: 192.168.0.134 Gateway: 192.168.0.1

If I try to access a webpage from the client computer, it acts like it is trying to load the webpage for a bit (progress bar goes) before giving a page not found.

File sharing is also setup between the two and that works fine.

Gateway can ping client IP fine.

Any ideas what to look for? It seems like it should work...

Oh and I'm using a switch because:
1. I already own it
2. I will be hooking up my laptop eventually as well
3. I only have 1 IP (well that's why I can't just put it directly after the internet connection)

Yes I know a router is easier but this is what I have for right now. No I cannot turn the gateway into a Linux box lol.
