SysTool was my prefferred VC overclocking util, but it doesn't work on Win 7 64. Anyone know of a good utility for Win 7? I would like to be able to adjust the settings of the three profiles, i.e. 2D, low power 3D, and 3D.

Most of the programs I have found don't work because they have unsigned drivers, any help there?

Press F8 at the very beginning of the Windows 7 bootup process to bring up the boot list (Safe mode, etc.) and select "Disable Driver Signature Enforcement".

-or-

From a command prompt (run as administrator) type this and reboot:
Code:
bcdedit -set loadoptions DDISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS

Personally I use Rivatuner, the latest version as of this posting is 2.24. There is a trick to get Rivatuner to work with newer nvidia drivers, explained here.
