Win 7 went kaput!! Need HELP!

Goddamn why i try to OC my perfectly working machine, who knows.

Problem is this:
Cant boot to Win 7 ultima 64-bit anymore. Its in StartupRepair loop. Problem is corruptfile says Him, but what file?
Fine let my boot in atleast in Safe Mode, but noooo, it just loops startup repair and cant fix anything.

How we got here:
Well i tried to oc my fine running machine and had to use reset bios button few times and dont know if this fuck up boot sequence!
I have set bios back to normal and way it was before. Bios is set in RAID mode to maximize compatibility for My Intel SSD.

What i need:
To boot to win normal or fixit so it boots normal.

What i DONT want to do:
Is to re-install / do a clean install of windows. I just got it running fine!

Please help, im at friends place to beg for your help.

Boot to the installation disc and choose the recovery tools and run the start-up repair and see if it can find an error.
 
Done that. No error. Gives some cannot fix automatic BS and nothing....

Cant seem to fix.... No option to reinstall system files and fix boot....

So does reinstalling mean the problem is resolved, or that you reinstalled it and it still persists?

Such is the joys of OCing though. That's why I got tired of it. Honestly- give me a freaking system that I don't have to screw with and I'll be happy. When you're in high school or college or something, I guess it makes sense to waste your time on that stuff, but outside of that: I really don't want to screw with it anymore :D
