Win 7 mac address spoof / change

What program do you use to change your Windows 7 networking adapter MAC address?

I see there are dozens online but want to know what others have had success with.

*edit* - not doing any malicious if that is your first thought. Just doing some testing on brothers network using MAC address filtering.

Research on my brothers network. Testing MAC address filtering for accessing the main router. We set it up with my brothers main rig and we want to access it from his lappy by testing it with his laptop using his desktop MAC address.

there are plenty of good reasons to need your MAC changed, anyhow:

I've done it before just from the adapter properties in windows, under the advanced tab there is an option for Network Address or Local Address.

Most of the time it won't work in W7. On either of my adapters the MAC change doesn't stick. Easiest painless option is to install a VM of your favorite linux distro and/or live disk and spoof the MAC with 1 easy command.
