Win 7 Account Passwords

Probably a silly question:

Say you install Win 7 from scratch. You choose a main user name, but no password. Can you later add a password?

where do you go to do that? Or can you leave both User name and Password blank and fill them in later?

start -> control panel -> user accounts -> change your password

You can't not have a username
