Win 7 64bit OC

I was able to get the same overclock in 7 as I got in Vista .
What exactly is the problem your having?

Not, I've got an I5 750 on the way and I just want to be prepared for any issues that might be out there.

Probably would be better asked in the OCing forum. Users here are not necessarily OCers.

The only issue I've ran into when I OC'ed my Q9550 setup was when it was unstable and would freeze, I would get that 30 sec Windows Boot Manager telling me if I want to go into Repair mode.

That's about it and I wouldn't even call that an issue. So to put it into a plain answer: No.

I have a Q9650 overclocked to 4.0 ghz and did a fresh install of win 7 at that setting without a problem.

I've put Windows 7 on three totally different OC'ed systems and I've not had any problems with 7.
