Win 2k SP4 Hanging on Installation..

And it stops on"Running processes after install". Anybody else ever have this problem? I need to get this installed for a video card upgrade.

Do you have your antivirus running while you are installing service pack 4? I know that can sometimes cause problems.

Disabled it on the last try. Thanks, gonna try again.
