WIN 2K Server ID Move Between Domains

No formal IT education. Have small business with two WIN 2000 servers at two locations that were set up by a tech that I can't afford right now. Each server has its own registered domain and they are connected via VPN link and each has own Exchange server. These servers were both set up "fresh", as WIN 2000 servers so we have no migration issues from previous server OS. All workstations are either WIN 2K or XP. I need to move an ID and associated mail account from the subordinate server to the main server. Need a procedure for this move.

Anyone willing to help?

Format both servers, create new domains, and get it correct the second try. no need to say thanks :p
