unless the boards an oem version of another board thats known for overclocking.. aka the usual hp thing of altering the name of a known brand motherboard so it shows up as HP hardware in windows.. thats about the only way to change the bios.. you would have to flash the bios with the bios version from a similar known name board..
but if there is something different on the HP board, that the one your using the bios from doesnt have or vice versa.. then you will kill the board..
