Again, IVB-E/SVB-E will not be compatible in X99 boards even if the pin count is 2011. The new Haswell-E coming out in a few more months are 2011 pins, but a different layout altogether, and will only have DDR4 memory controller. The DDR4 memory controller on the Haswell-E and DDR4 slots on the X99 boards already rule out IVB-E/SVB-E compatibility outside of the different 2011 pin layout.

They really should have just thrown in a few spare pins to prevent this question...
Yeah they should have like socket 2014.
