I have been eyeing this mouse for a while:

I just couldnt ever bring myself to spend 100.00 bucks on a mouse. Compusa now has this mouse for 89.99 with 30% off and I think Im going to make the jump

However, I have a D-Link DI-524 wirless router. Both the mouse and router uses 2.4Ghz frequency. Will another object using this same frequency cause any conflicts with my wireless connection?

It's possible but not probable. Although I don't know for certain, they likely operate on different channels within that band.

Yeah, I m already kind of hurting as far as my wireless signal goes. Ill probably just pick this one up, to assure there are no issues at all.

I use my x360 for a media center extender and the current apartment I live in has forced me to go wirless. On top of that the apartment is a roommate floor plan and there are basically 2 walls between the router and x360 as it is. I only get 2-3 bars but have full functionality of media center suprisingly.

If you feel you need to boost your signal, you can always add a WAP or set up a second router to act as one.
