Anyone who has an unlocked 6950 wouldn't gain much from trading, that's probably why you havent found a taker yet. It's only the shaders that matter in bitcoin mining, and the difference in shaders from the 5870 to the 6970 is only 64.

I'm not trying to threadcrap, since that is still a top card, just giving you some insight on why you haven't found a solid deal yet.

I figured I would stir the bitmining pot alittle.

your best best is to sell on ebay for 300+ and then buy a open box card from newegg. glws.

Not hype, just people are learning the big cash went to the early adopters, and now it's so crowded that the value is going down.

Anyway, I would sell it on eBay while the demand is still high. I sold my 5870 within a couple hours of listing and bought a 6970.
 
I'm a bitcoiner and yes the hype was over last week.

bump for good card, PM me if you can do reasonable price, ie: less than 6950 prices
