Im thinking about building a File/Vent server with this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16856119013
I have a Vista SP2 64 bit not being used and im going to put in a gig of ram(i dont want to spend $45 on 2 gigs). I dont need a cd drive because im going to install off of a 4 gig usb. and i plan on putting in a WD SATA 2.0 1.0TB drive that is sitting in my main rig.
 
How much CPU power does a Vent server need?

I had one of the single core Atom chips in a netbook and it would lag on websites with flash... So if the Vent server needs any real cpu power it could cause issues.
