It's a Display Port to HDMI adapter. Have been contemplating an Eyefinity set up for a while.

With a dvi to hdmi adapter that comes with my gpu.

Not sure if I get sound as my monitors dont have speakers

Actually, it wont work. All DP converters have to be active for Eyefinity 3 screens...or native DP.

Don't get ANYTHING other then an ACTIVE adapter.

Buy a display port monitor OR get a Bizlink DVI to DP Active Adapter from Dell like I did have NO issues and stop fucking around. It's $99
