Currently, I have this

They don't make that ram anymore, or they don't sell it on Newegg. I have that ram running in Dual channel configuration. The situaton is that i accidently bought that for a 64-bit vista system!

Now, i'm thinking of buying this to improve performance.

I know the timings aren't the same, but the CAS latency is. Will these 4 sticks run in dual channel without conflict? What would be the best solution? I don't have lots of money, so, $50 is around my price point. So.. any ideas?

Dude calm down, you waited 8 minutes before bumping the thread. Both kits should be able to run in dual channel but at the slower timings of 5-4-4-15 of the 2 x 2gb kit. It's not a guaranty that they will be compatible, but most boards aren't as picky as they used to be. What board and cpu are you running?

Should be fine as the board supports 8gb max. Overclocking may suffer a bit using all four dimms but it's nothing I'd be too worried about.
