Will this setup yield higher temps?

I'm working on a new loop and will have the following order.

pump > 1x120 rad > vga block > 2x120 rad > cpu block > res

Will this cause higher temps and less overclocking results than doing the somewhat standard path below?

pump > 2x120 rad > cpu block > 1x120 rad > vga block > res

I can do either path but the one where I hit the VGA block first has less tubing and will look like a cleaner install.

I appreciate your feedback.
 
No. Loop order does not matter as long as flow rates are high enough. If you're running a 655 or 355, it should be enough.
 
I've got the variable speed 655 so as long as I crank it up I should be good then.
