Will this psu work?

Which graphics card are you going to get? (You will not have a functional PC without a graphics card, unless the motherboard has onboard graphics.) Only then may I tell you whether that NeoHE 550 is adequate or not.

It would also help if you tell us the remaining parts in your new system.
 
As far as a mobo goes I can't really afford much right now. I'm a college student and can't really afford what I'm getting, for now It'll be something like a GeForce 7100GS... I will probably be running 3-4 case cooling fans...
