Will this psu power my system?

i was thinking about purchasing the Xclio 450watt psu, but will it power this system?.....

Pentium D 805, going to be OC'ed to around 3.6,
Freezer 7 pro heatsink,
Evga 7600gt,
1gb ddr2 667,
7200rpm, 80gb hdd,
P5ND2 motherboard,
dvd drive,
and a cd burner... plus a few fans

Yes, thats a good choice and has enough oomph for your setup.

A 400W with a decent 12V rail would power the system, plus the 450W fortrons are also a better value.
